PB & Chocolate Overnight Oats

Mmmm. Peanut butter and chocolate. Probably my number one favorite food combination.

When I figured out a way to incorporate it into my breakfast, I skipped about and sung happy songs of love (all in my head, don't worry).

Just smear the inside of your mason jar with a little peanut butter.



Add in oats and a few vegan chocolate chips.



Fill with almond milk (I used half almond milk and half water) and stir in some chia seeds for some gelling action.

It's like an inside out Reese's but without the high fructose corn syrup and with a lot more fiber.

Can't go wrong with that, right?
