30 Day Fitness Challenge

On Sunday night, my mom roped me into a challenge. She decided she was going to work out everyday for the next 30 days and wanted me to suffer along with her join her.

Of course, I obliged. And now, I want you to join too!

It's simple, really. Just do some kind of physical activity everyday. You can set your own parameters. But, it's the perfect jump start to that already forgotten New Year's Resolution.

Do it for your heart. Do it for the challenge. Do it for you!
