This is a new-to-me brand. French Meadow Bakery makes various organic, vegan, yeast-free and gluten free products. They have a pretty good selection of breads, bagels, tortillas and even desserts.
The clean ingredient list got my attention right away.
And, they were on sale, so I definitely couldn't say no.
They are fantastic! They have a very hearty, earthy taste compared to their sprouted wheat brothers. But, that's almost the exact reason why I like them. Chewy with a distinctive flavor, I like these best toasted with a smear of nut butter.
