The Other New Year's Resolution

There is one more thing that I want to work on for 2012. It's to blog more. More specifically, blog my daily eats. I was doing this successfully back in July and then fell off the wagon for a variety of reasons.

Blogging my daily eats (honestly) helps me tremendously. It helps me stay healthy and on track. When you look back at all the pictures from the day you get a sense of how much junk you are (or are not) eating. And you can self-adjust along the way. This works so much better than waiting for the scale to creep up or your pants to get tighter before you do something.

I am going to commit to blogging my daily eats 5 times a week for now. If I do more, then that's fantastic. Hopefully, this will also help get me back on the healthy eating wagon after the holidays.

Anyway, I have a few random meal pics that I thought I would share with you. These are from over the holidays and there is a lot of beige in them (the color of processed foods!). However, I did chose some good brands to keep it healthy-ish.
