Let's Talk Chocolate

For our annual New Year's Eve party this year, I went crazy on chocolate. Since I was putting together treats for ~40 people, I decided to buy "normal" (non-vegan) chocolate. As romantic as being a chocolatier sounds, it's messy and frustrating work. I was elbow deep in melted chocolate and sprinkles for two days. And after this experience (that effectively eliminated being Juliette Binoche from Chocolat as a possible career) I can confidently say that I would be perfectly happy if I never had to dip things in melted chocolate again. Anyway, I'm done talking. Let's look at pretty pictures of chocolate.
