Too Hungry for Pictures

My appetite was in a funk on Thursday. I wasn't hungry for anything when I woke up. So, I decided to hold off for an hour or so but my appetite didn't develop. I settled for a carrot juice just to get the day going.



Oh yes, orange juice, orange cup and orange nails.

Nothing progressed as far as my appetite, so I finally forced myself to eat before I headed out for class at 5pm.

Cooked veggies-- onions, carrots, cherry tomatoes and spinach



With the leftover avocado cream sauce.



P.S. I am obsessed with this sauce. I have a few more avocados hanging out in the fridge and I have a feeling all of them will become sauce this week. No shame.

Class was followed by a welcome back social hosted by the school. It was a lot of fun to catch up with some friends! By the time I headed home, my stomach was about to implode. I. Was. Hungry. I had to drop by Whole Foods for a quick run and it was amazing I didn't purchase everything in that store. I ran home and quickly whipped up a lackluster quinoa and chickpea dish. I didn't even bother taking pictures. I needed food in my belly.

I then settled down for a few episodes of Modern Family. I probably should have cleaned up the kitchen and put away the groceries, but that can wait. My sweet tooth hit soon after dinner and I whipped up some raw ice cream. YUMM.



I drizzled some raw honey on this baby post pictures and it was perfection.
