- I woke up this morning at 5am-- plenty of time to get the day going and no need to rush.
- I got in a solid workout with Jillian Michaels.
- I made a fiber & antioxidant packed breakfast of oatmeal topped with blueberries.
- I had a refreshing carrot-celery-apple juice this morning.
- I packed up a serious lunch bag. Tons of snacks to get me through the day.
Now, I feel powerful and energized. This long day has got nothin’ on me!
