It took a little longer to cook than the 6 minutes that the package suggested. I didn't mind though. They didn't stick like quinoa pasta tends to do, so I was a happy camper.
The best part is the taste and texture. It was incredibly soft and very similar to white pasta.
I cooked it up for lunch today and tossed it with onions, garlic, squash, zucchini and some leftover chickpeas.
Delicious and filling.
I've got a crazy busy Sunday ahead of me. A few errands (gas, temple, Whole Foods, meeting) and a lot of reading. This week is really front loaded so I'm trying to stay on top of it.
