Breakfast (which I ate in my 8am class), lunch of leftover pasta, black eyed peas (that went uneaten) and grapes.
I set an alarm for 12:30 and had a successful day two on my fueling schedule.
I was planning to leave work around 4pm so I could come home, eat a snack, prep for dinner and read for an hour before heading out to my first boot camp class. I didn't end up leaving til 5:15pm which left me just enough time to change, make a smoothie, shove some strawberries in my mouth and head out the door.
After the hour long boot camp (which was brutal by the way), I came home to...nothing. I didn't have anything prepped and my hunger was out of control. So, I ordered some take out from Great W'Kana. Being hungry and having amazing food around is a lethal combination. I overate and then felt lethargic for the rest of the night. I didn't get much done and went to bed early. Lame.
Of course, I was dying to dig into the leftovers today. I made myself a plate of lemon rice and two leftover sides from W'Kana. Delicious.
Now, I am ready to tackle a huge to-do list and run a couple of errands.
