My dad is my role model. In the past few years we have become really close. He is always around to listen to my rants and frequently offers good advice on everything from career to nutrition. (In return, I give him fashion advice. Which usually goes something like "No, dad, that Hawaiian shirt does not look fetch.")
Anyway, I love you, Papa. Wishing you a wonderful birthday.

That would be my dad helping Marilyn with her skirt at Madam Tussaud's in London. Good times.
(Yes, both pics are super old and from Madam Tussaud's. I'm not on my personal laptop and had to go digging for these on Facebook. The up-side is that I get to smile and reminisce about how young and cute my brother used to be and concurrently make fun of my dad's 'stache.)

Recently, I have taken a new approach to blogging and it's been really great. I enjoy blogging most days instead of waiting around for food inspiration to strike. Thanks for reading! I hope this next year will be successful and fun!
