Burritos!

Yesterday, I woke up early to make more avocado sauce.

It's worth waking up early for.

Although, the garlic smell at 6am wasn't really doing it for me.

Anyway, I also cleaned up the kitchen and put away the groceries from Thursday's WF run. I then decided to sit down and try my hand at one of my September goals-- meditation. It was...ok. I did the whole sit-still-and-focus-on-your-breath thing for 5 minutes before becoming fidgety so I switched into prayer which was much better.

The highlight of Friday though, was making burritos. I found some sprouted burrito-style tortillas at Whole Foods and I knew I wanted to make Chipotle-style burritos.

I stuffed mine with brown rice, black beans (cooked with Mexican Fiesta spice blend), spinach, fresh jalapenos, cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro.

And of course, a few good spoonfuls of avocado sauce.

Delicious.

I kinda want to make one for breakfast this morning. Would you judge?
