Summer classes are a bummer.

Summer classes should be banned. Sure, they are a great way to get ahead on the degree plan and a good way to stay mentally active over the summer. But, man, can they put a damper on a gorgeous summer day.

I spent most of my day in bed with this bad boy.

Thankfully, its over now. Until next week, anyway.

In my biostatistics-induced daze, I failed to take a lot of pictures today. But considering the exorbitant number of repeat meals of late, I don't think either of us will mind.

Today's juice was notable. It was quite a colorful veg bowl.

Red cabbage, orange bell pepper and beets made an appearance this afternoon, along with the usual romaine, kale, red chard, watercress and dandelion greens. I will say that as beautiful as this bowl looked, the taste was kinda awful. I had to hold my nose and chug. Something was definitely off this afternoon.

We went to go pick up my car late this afternoon. On the way, I snacked on a pluot with the most amazing color. It was delicious. And, I want to wear that color.

This was followed by a dinner of my mom's channa masala and a few rye-tortillas which was scarfed down before heading to my room to finish up that pesky biostats assignment.

After I finished and hit submit, I snacked on some melon and a mug of peppermint tea before heading out on a walk with my dad and brother.

Time for a shower and a little reading. Tomorrow is Friday! Who's excited?!
