San Antonio

Guess who's here??



My cousin uncle, Abi! He's here for the weekend from Miami. Although he is only 4 years older than me and hangs out with the cool kids, he is actually our uncle. He's a super young uncle and actually has two nieces that are older than him in our family.

We wanted to show him around since he's never been to Texas. So, we decided to take a quick day evening trip to San Antonio. We only left Austin at 6pm and got into San Antonio around 7:30pm. It was actually perfect. It was still hot (hence the sweaty pictures), but not sweltering.

The drive there was terribly fun. The six of us, including Manoj, a cousin that's up in College Station, had a riot. We were laughing the entire way there.

We hit up the Riverwalk and the Alamo and then called it a day.









Sorry for the lack of (good) pictures. I was distracted by all the good company and also had a tough time getting decent pics after sunset.

Fun trip! Today, we are hitting up some places around Austin and will possibly work in a little shopping. I am dying to go to Forever 21.

    I've never been to Texas before...maybe one day I should actually try!
    Then again, I haven't seen a lot of the US!

    Hahaha I just tweeted that I want to go shopping.

    I was DREAMING about Forever 21 and HnM. I haven't gone since....December?!?

    ooh, I've heard SO much about H&M. I've never been. I think the only store location here is in Dallas. :(

    Cali > TX. I used to think Cali was lame/overrated. I went there in May and fell in love. So, don't worry...you aren't missing much.
