We then treated ourselves to Whole Foods for dinner.
My plate:
Radishes, corn, peas, black beans and edamame
Jen's plate:
Sushi and um, goat cheese. haha. The goat cheese was for later.
We also experimented with apple cider vinegar. It has numerous health benefits but it has an overwhelming smell. We decided to give it a shot. I've read that you should just mix it with warm water and drink up. So, we grabbed a glass of lukewarm water and a tsp of vinegar.
The verdict?
"Not terrible."
It was surprisingly good! I might take it more often now. I've been super scared of it after watching some hilarious but disturbing youtube videos. But now, not so scary.
Alright, I need to hit the shower and run over to my aunt and uncle's house for a packing session. They leave for India tomorrow!
