I LOVE LOVE LOVE the beginning of a new month. I especially love it when it falls on a Sunday or a Monday.
The beginning of a month is a great time to set some new goals and get energized and passionate about change. Of course, you don't need to wait for a new month to start living your best life. A new day works just fine.
This month I have set two goals that I want to share with you.
1. Make fitness a part of my life and daily routine.
I enjoy working out, I really do. I just can't seem to be consistent with it. I'm not asking for a lot here...just 30 mins a few times a week. Totally manageable.
2. Do something fun...by myself.
Remember when I told you that this scares me? This month, I am going to tackle my fear. I want to venture out at least twice and go it alone.

Being alone scares you?
ReplyDeleteIn college a lot of people were afraid to go to the dining hall alone.
While I def. like having company on a regular basis to eat with, I kind of liked having some time to myself just to eat.
But I've never been to the movies or restaurants alone!!

ReplyDeleteWell, I live alone. So, its not being alone in general that scares me. It's doing social things alone...like going to the movies or a museum or the park. There are just a lot of things that I have never done alone and that I should or at least shouldn't be scared of. Haha.
