I cannot believe that tomorrow is September 1st! This summer just flew by!
Well, since it is the last day of August, I figured it's time to look back at my August goals. I set two goals this month.
1. Make fitness a part of my life and daily routine. I kept track of the number of days that I worked out this month and it totaled to 15! I'll take that. I'm definitely not at the stage where working out is part of the daily routine, but it has become a part of my life. I do plan out gym-time each week and that is a great big step forward.
2. Do something fun...by myself. I think I was aiming to do two things this month and I only managed to do one. But, that's ok. I still faced my fears. I went to a movie by myself and it turned out to be fun and not scary at all. Win.
I am currently working on two goals for September which I will share with you tomorrow.
