I got to the conference room at about 7:15am. I loaded up on some fruit and a glass of orange juice for breakfast.
I dealt with a couple fires and then we got the show on the road! Lunch rolled around and I got the grilled veggie plate.
Tons of veggies! I think there is an entire squash, an entire zucchini, a portabello mushroom and maybe half of an eggplant on this plate (along with broccolini, asparagus and some other stuff).
During a break, I munched on half of an unpictured apple. The day wrapped up on the early side. I loaded up the car and was back on campus by 4pm. I spent a few minutes at the office doing some follow-up stuff before heading home.
When I got home I was ravenous. I threw together a smoothie since it was the first nutritious thing that popped into my head. (I say nutritious because the first thing that actually popped into my head were cookies.)
I filled 'er up with spinach, kale, blueberries, half a banana, hemp seeds, flax seeds, flax oil, whole foods optimizer blend and some coconut water.
And then I quickly baked a cookie because I realized that my entire day has been just fruits and vegetables. Can't let that happen.
