I started the morning off with a banana and some Starbucks.
I think Starbucks on Fridays might become a thing. I was looking forward to this cup all of Thursday and it was definitely a great incentive to get my booty up at the crack of dawn.
Anyway, breakfast continued with some fresh fruit.
plus another plate with a few slices of honeydew.
After a couple hours of lectures, we took a break for lunch.
Mini Caprese sandwiches (without the cheese for me) and the house salad. I had another plateful of salad as well. This was a standard salad except for the addition of capers. The capers were such a nice, salty touch.
The afternoon we covered hospital and physician reimbursement and did a quick case study. By the time it wrapped up and I came home, I was ready for a nap and a snack. So, I grabbed some leftover mock chicken salad and some bread.
I wanted to take a nap before movie night plans with friends, but then my dad called. He just got his 4S and wanted to gloat. I was super excited because I got to use FaceTime!
We are so mature.
Anyway, post FaceTime-ing, a few friends came over and we watched Ides of March. Gosling and Clooney on the same screen?? Count me in! The story wasn't as well developed as it could have been. And, compared to West Wing, it doesn't stand a chance of being called a good political drama. But, it had some major eye-candy.
Post-movie watching, I called my BFF (wow, that was really high school of me) to catch up on her eventful evening. I also made some homemade peanut butter which I sampled with a banana.
