Anyway, yesterday's eats were straight up dream worthy. I couldn't stop thinking about them post consumption and canNOT wait to make them again.
Let's jump right in, shall we?
I started the day off with a smoothie.
Spinach, kale, banana, hemp & flax seeds and a green protein powder. Always a
I skipped a real breakfast and went for lunch a few hours later.
Rising Moon's Garlic & Basil Gnocchi with an entire zucchini, two handfuls of spinach, and a buttload of marinara sauce. Holy crap. This was uh-maze-ing. I've never had Rising Moon's products before, but I am a fan. They seem to have some pretty high quality stuff, too!
Finished lunch off with "Amrikan" apple crisp. This stuff is So. Damn. Good.
I was in the mood for comfort food last night. I didn't quite know what I wanted, but I knew bread had to be involved. (Hello, addiction.) So, I put together a hummus and "cheese" panini.
That might seem like a weird combination, but if you get the proportions right, it's fantastic. Like really, really fantastic.
Sandwich + clementines= well rounded meal, right?
