October is over?!? That was quick.
October wasn't my best month. I definitely slacked on my goals. Let's take a look at the October goals.
1. Juice more. I tried to juice everyday this month. That didn't quite happen. I juiced about 3-4 times a week. It's not bad but, I really need to kick it up a notch and get back into juicing everyday.
2. 10-day yoga challenge. 10 consecutive days of Bikram yoga. I definitely underestimated this challenge. I got through day 3 before work/school got in the way.
Considering my October goals weren't accomplished, I am going to recycle them for November...kind of.
My November goals:
1. Juice, juice, juice! I need to get juicing back into my daily morning routine. As boring as seeing juice pictures are, I'm going to start posting them just to keep me accountable.
2. 10 days of yoga. Instead of trying to get in 10 consecutive days of yoga (which is nearly impossible), I am going to go for 10 days of yoga over the course of this month. This is a much more achievable goal.
