I can't believe yet another month flew by! I'm a little late in getting with the program on my October goals. I think I am secretly trying to hold onto September.
Anyway, let's take a moment to look back at my September goals.
1. Practice meditation Whoops. The whole sitting down and paying attention to your breath thing only happened a few times. But, I did pick up Bikram yoga again.
2. TV Free! This I did! And, I loved it. The first day was a little rough. But, it got easier. In fact, it reduced my stress levels quite a bit. I had more time to cook in the evenings and even got to bed earlier. I really enjoyed this challenge!
So, now, October is here and with it comes new goals.
My October Goals:
1. Juice more. I have really been slacking on my juices the last few weeks. I keep running out of time in the mornings and then always find something better to do in the evenings. This month I want to pick it up and juice everyday.
2. 10-day yoga challenge. 10 consecutive days of Bikram yoga. Time is an issue since Bikram yoga classes are 90 mins and with travel and shower time it takes up a solid 2.5 hour block of time. But, I will make time. It's all about schedules and efficiency. No excuses.
Also, can you tell I've become a fan of 10-day challenges? It's going to become a trend in my world. I can feel it.
