Crock Pot Applesauce

You know when you buy a big pack of apples from Costco and find yourself with more apples than you know what to do with? Well, I've got a solution for you. Applesauce. And to make it easier on you, let's stick it in a Crock-Pot and forget about it. (That's what I do with all my problems anyway.)

This has been the solution to my late night sweet cravings and my mid afternoon sweet cravings and my after dinner sweet cravings and my...uh, you get the picture. The fun part is that it doesn't have any added sugar. Yup, none! No sugar, stevia or agave. Just plain apples. And cinnamon. And if you want it, a handful of raisins. Oops, I just gave away the recipe.

Crock-Pot Applesauce
From Carrie On Vegan

12 apples, cored and sliced
1 T ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Throw everything in a Crock-Pot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Holy yum.
